About Christine
Christine has been a crossing guard since 2023. She’s been documenting the scenes and sights ever since, largely on social media for followers who became invested in her reporting on pretty clouds, funny trash, and dogs in coats.
Christine launched The Cloud Report in January 2026 to spend more time drawing, painting, and writing about the things she sees and loves at the intersection and beyond.
Being a crossing guard is Christine’s daily practice in being present and paying attention. Illustrating and designing The Cloud Report has given her a more structured, playful creative practice that connects her with people around the world about the big and little things that make us human.

PLEASE NOTE: My website does not register address changes–you must use the Google Form below to change your address.
While you may have the ability to change your shipping information in your account, it doesn’t actually register when I generate your mailing label every month. Incredibly annoying, I know!
Please fill out this form to submit an address change.
Changes submitted on or before the 15th of the month will be reflected in that month's mailing.
After the 15th of the month, we do not have the ability to change your address for that month's mailing, but we will change it for all future mailings.
NOTE: I am committed to replacing issues that get lost by the USPS or that don’t make it due to my own errors. Subscribers are responsible for providing correct mailing addresses. To be honest, I’m still likely to replace your issue if you gave me the wrong address, but some of y’all come in really hot about not getting the issue, only for us to discover it’s because you didn’t provide an apartment number, or because you provided a completely wrong zip code. I don’t have a good way to charge you a few bucks for a replacement issue, but I think you should get what you paid for, and I want you to enjoy this project, so I’m doing extra administrative work and spending twice the cost of printing and postage to make up for your mistake… please be nice to me! I am so sensitive and I am doing my best!

If your credit card expires or, for whatever reason, is declined, and your subscription isn’t renewed until after the 15th of the month, you will not receive that month’s issue. You will resume receiving The Cloud Report the following month.

We mail to all countries that accept the USPS Global Forever Stamp.

Monthly subscribers: Log into your customer account (click ‘Log In’ at the top. of this page), navigate to your account details, and select ‘Cancel.’
Annual subscribers: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you’d like to stop receiving The Cloud Report, please use my contact form and let me know.

The Cloud Report is mailed around the 20th of every month.
Reports are sent with a stamp. This means they are not trackable, but this is also how I keep The Cloud Report affordable!
Reports can take up to 4 weeks to reach US mailboxes and 6+ weeks to reach international mailboxes.
There are many variables, and they are all beyond our control. This mystery and intrigue are part of snail mail’s charm!
I will happily replace your issue of The Cloud Report if it gets lost in the mail. I make extras for exactly this reason.
REPLACEMENT STEPS:
Check the date–have you given it enough time to show up?
Confirm that you provided the correct mailing address by checking your order confirmation email.
If your address is incorrect, please update it using this form so that you receive future issues. We cannot resend reports that were mailed to an incorrect mailing address you provided. Past issues of The Cloud Report will be available in the online shop soon for purchase.
U.S. subscribers: If your address is correct and you don’t receive your report by the 15th of the following month, please fill out this form.
International Subscribers: If your address is correct and you don’t receive your report by the 28th of the following month, please fill out this form.

There is no way to purchase multiple subscriptions in a single transaction. If you’d like to purchase yourself a subscription, as well as additional gift subscriptions, please make separate transactions and ensure you enter the correct shipping address for the gift subscriptions.
